By creating an account or using Lutura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lutura is a portfolio platform that allows filmmakers, editors, and creatives to build and publish online portfolios, pitch decks, and custom pages to showcase their work.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Lutura. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for spam or automated data collection
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Free and Paid Plans

Lutura offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid features and limits are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lutura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Potsdam, Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
